I love FD and I think that it is far superior than its competitors, but I do think that there’s room for improvement in certain areas to separate it from other sportsbooks even more so than it already is. For instance I think that FD would benefit from dealing with players injured during games. Just like in a real game, if a player gets injured, we have SUB BETS. Allow bettors to pick 1 Sub bet per transaction so that if a player gets injured a bettor will have a substitute bet that will take the place of the bet on the injured player. There can be stipulations such as - if an injury occurs earlier in the game it is replaced with the sub bet or it can be void. I think this is an unfair advantage to sportsbooks if a player is injured in the 1st or 2nd quarter of the game and a bettor automatically loses that bet. Obviously there are other factors to consider. For instance, if a bettor has more than 1 leg in the same bet for the same player. If the details and rules were fleshed out I believe this would be a feature that would bring more members to FD!

Straight out the worse app on the market, do not believe any of the positive reviews, I can guarantee you not one person could or would have a positive thing to say about the app.. Between the crashing and constant search for location garbage the casino is the definition of rigged.. I get you are not gonna or suppose to win, but to not even have fun or be under the impression that the game is not rigged is outrageous the baiting of bonus triggers is outlandish.. You spin thirty time guarantee you will be one trigger away from the bonus features at least half of the spins yet the thing just never shows up we are talking thousands of spins for days just flat out gone.. God forbid you complain or say something about it cause the they say you are a gambling addicted cause you question how one random thing is possible like loosing a bunch yet you never randomly win a bunch in a row.. Weird how the random system is sooo randomly in there favor.. All and all this app is awful on all fronts, and it is obvious something is not right here.. I would recommend betmgm or draft kings, at least the have better withdraw options, better deposit, and the have points program to earn free play and money this app has none of that.. It is terrible..

After 3 years of pretty good service, over 6 figures of money put into the app. I’m constantly being locked out of my account where I have to change my password, no one can seem to give any real reason why it started happening and continues to happen. I tried to go through customer service, and ask it be escalated, so we can figure out a long term solution. Even stating that if I receive the same generic response as always, I would just simply leave the service and move to Ceaser’s, well obviously they don’t care. Because that’s exactly what they did, always closing out my tickets, closing out the chat, and I’m tired of changing my password 100 times . But their response was I should use one device only, but I have only used one device and they should be able to see that. But customer service in this day, is work from home, and it’s get the customer off the line ASAP so they can go back to watching TV I guess . Sad after putting over 100k in an app you can’t even get basic customer service or talk to a supervisor. Lost a customer here.
